Is There Free Parking?Yes, we offer free onsite basement parking at our Blacktown clinic. It's safe, easily accessible, and just a short lift ride away from the clinic. Vehicles must be under 2.2m to park in the basement. Vehicles under 2.7m can drop off patients in the loading zone. There is also 2-hour free parking on the street.

Can I Have Physiotherapy at My Home?Absolutely. We provide mobile physiotherapy services across Blacktown and surrounding suburbs. Whether you're an NDIS participant, a senior using a Home Care Package, or need Vestibular Physiotherapy at home, we come to you with all equipment needed.

What Do I Bring to My Physiotherapy Session?We recommend bringing: Any referral or medical reports Your NDIS plan or Home Care Package details (if applicable) Private Health Card (if you are to claim) Comfortable clothes and footwear Water Bottle Small Towel if you break a sweat!

How Much Do Physiotherapy Sessions Cost?Physiotherapy sessions are $190. You may be eligible for: Medicare rebate – Up to 5 sessions at $60.35 each (with GP referral) Home Care Package funding Private Health Insurance (rebate amounts depend on your policy)

Can I Use My NDIS Funding for Physiotherapy?Yes. Physiotherapy is funded under Improved Daily Living and Capacity Building in your NDIS plan. Rehab Pro is a trusted NDIS-registered provider, and we support agency-managed, self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Can I Use My Home Care Package Funding for Physiotherapy?Yes. If you have a Home Care Package (HCP), you can use your funding for aged care physiotherapy to help with strength, balance, falls prevention, and mobility. We accept clients from all levels (Level 1–4) and coordinate with case managers to streamline billing.

What is Neurological Physiotherapy?Neurological physiotherapy focuses on improving function in people with conditions like Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy. Our experienced team tailors treatment plans to help you regain your mobility and independence, with services available through NDIS or Aged Care funding.

What is Vestibular Rehabilitation?Vestibular rehabilitation is a type of physio for people with dizziness, vertigo, balance issues, or inner ear disorders like BPPV or Meniere’s disease.
