What is Stroke Surviva?
Stroke Surviva focuses on regaining movement and strength in your affected side, improving your mobility and overall function, to optimise your quality of life after a stroke. You will learn targeted exercises to continue making necessary progress according to your goals.

Program Options at Rehab Pro:

• Individual Initial Assessment & Introductory Sessions

• Group Circuit Training (clinic-based)

  • Tuesdays 1pm

  • Thursdays 1pm

• Home Visits

 

Funding Options:
$80 per group class
$200 initial / $140 follow up for individual appointments
Sessions may be accessed through Medicare EPC plans, Private Health Insurance, NDIS, or Support at Home Packages.​
