Established in 2019, Rehab Pro was born out of a need to address the disparities in allied healthcare services between hospitals and the community. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to high-quality healthcare, regardless of their circumstances, while striving to make it affordable and convenient. Through collaboration and a patient-centred approach, we aim to optimise the overall quality of life for individuals seeking our services.

Aathi Thirunanthakumar
Founder, Physiotherapist

Aathi is a dedicated professional who graduated from Western Sydney University in 2017, achieving a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy degree. With a wealth of experience in various physiotherapy disciplines, he has worked in intensive care units, acute respiratory wards, orthopaedic rehabilitation hospitals, private practices, and community health settings.

Driven by personal experience caring for his grandfather after a stroke, Aathi's passion for assisting individuals affected by neurological conditions and movement disorders has flourished. He specialises in Stroke Recovery, Parkinson's disease and Paediatrics, utilizing his expertise to help patients regain their mobility and enhance their quality of life.

In addition to his specialised focus, Aathi possesses a strong desire to promote proactive health and mobility within the community. He believes in empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being, advocating for preventative measures and encouraging everyone to prioritize their health.

Divassini Ramesh
Exercise Physiologist

Divassini Ramesh is a passionate exercise physiologist with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales. Alongside her professional expertise, she is also a dance instructor, where she frequently integrates her knowledge of exercise physiology to promote movement therapy.

 

Divassini has gained extensive experience working with clients under NDIS, catering to individuals with various conditions that are musculoskeletal and neurological. She has also served as a rehabilitation consultant for clients under the workers' compensation scheme, providing specialised guidance and support to facilitate individual's return to optimal physical health and functional capacity.

 

Divassini is skilled in conducting individual and group sessions encompassing movement therapy, hydrotherapy, and high-intensity interval training. She believes in the power of movement to improve physical and mental well-being, and her passion lies in encouraging individuals to embrace an active lifestyle, fostering independence and proactivity within their communities.
